I love having families traveling again!!
Thank you to the Roberts family for letting me book your stay at Margaritaville Orlando Resort and your day at Hollywood Studios! After a canceled cruise in May and then having to cancel their beach vacation at the last minute last week due to Hurricane Sally, we found a Plan B (or maybe Plan C!) and they left the following day!
Looks like it worked out great and everyone had an amazing week!

Even though we will miss Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party, Disney will still have autumn magic including decorations, Mickey & Pals in their costumes for a special cavalcade and all ages can wear costumes to Magic Kingdom during regular park hours from September 15- October 31.

Earlier this summer, I was lucky enough to stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort, which just opened earlier this year. I absolutely LOVED it! This is one of my new favorite resorts (it even rivals my favorite- The Polynesian!) It’s European themed, with many French and Italian touches, but also has many Disney touches as well. I loved the artwork of the different princesses and castles, the murals from Tangled and Peter Pan outside, as well as pictures of Walt and his wife Lillian on their many trips to Europe.
The rooms are fabulous! Very high-end. We stayed in a deluxe studio, which sleeps five and has a split bath (two showers!) These rooms have two queen beds and a pull down twin Murphy bed. We also had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
Riviera is a DVC Resort, so they also have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas with full kitchens and a washer/dryer.
It’s also on the Skyliner, which allowed us to get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios much faster than using the bus.
The pools and splash pad were fun, and the quick service was fantastic. There is even a character breakfast here, as well as a rooftop bar.
