Greyson, an Achieve Center at Richey student, is a HERO! Last week there was a fire at his house and he woke his brother up to get them out of the house safely. He even went back in to save his dogs! Deputy Chief Darling from the New Port Richey Fire Department stopped by to offer Greyson his congratulations and give him some cool gear.
Mom and the two brothers are currently living in a motel and are in need of household supplies, clothing and food.

What does it mean to explore New Port Richey?
Perhaps it means taking a canoe trip down the Cotee River, or hiking through James E. Grey Preserve searching for painted rocks. Maybe it’s about taking your golf cart for a spin to meet friends at the local pub, or catching a concert in our outdoor amphitheater.
For residents of New Port Richey, all of these things sounds like a regular weekend, but many folks who visit are unaware of this hidden gem on the Cotee.
We want to pull the curtain back on our small river town with a big heart.
