A rave review from a client that recently visited Universal Orlando!

Don’t hesitate to book your trips to the parks. We took advantage of the decreased capacity at Universal Studios thanks to Kari’s planning and we are so glad we went! This is the park around lunch time on a Thursday. No lines!! Safety is a priority! You are sat every other row on a ride (only those that you are traveling with can be seated next to you), hand sanitizer to all before getting on a ride, guests are kindly reminded to pull up their mask if below the nose (which we rarely saw...visitors were wearing their masks), and staff were constantly cleaning high touch services. In the hotel, only one family per elevator ride, no housekeeping coming in and out unless you requested something (which you can do by text). Temp checks every morning and mask were worn everywhere in the hotel. Yes you wear a mask at all times (even in our Uber) but honestly you forget that you are wearing one after awhile. With no wait times on the rides you were barely out in the heat so a mask wasn’t a bother. Plan your trip now!

Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour in #universalstudios serves 11 soft serve flavors including Butterbeer, Orange Marmalade and Granny Smith along with 10 hard packed flavors including Chocolate Chili (spicy!), Earl Grey & Lavender, and Salted Caramel Blondie. There are so many unique flavors to choose from but if you want to eat like Harry Potter, go with chocolate and raspberry ice cream with chopped nuts. This was the treat Hagrid bought for Harry on their first visit to Diagon Alley! 🍦⚡️🍨 #funfactfriday #universalorlando
