My Mom Marilyn passed away last week.
We created our Casita de Chuparosa business 15 years ago. She had dementia the last few years.
For those that don't know, she was hospitalized and then had to go to a nursing home in Santa Fe.
I just wasn't able to safely provide the care, she needed at home anymore.
We were planning on moving to Ajijic, Mexico together, so I could afford round the clock in home care for her.
She will be deeply missed.

Wouldn't a summer storm feel great right now? Praying for our annual monsoon storms to come soon!

The Sea Ranch, California Land For Sale

My property at Sea Ranch is back on the market. The Sea Ranch is 2 ½ hours north of San Francisco on the rugged Sonoma Coast, 1 hour south of Mendocino. I lived there for 10 years and have been visiting the area since I was a child, when my parents first bought property there in the early 70's.
The property is back on the market, after I had to foreclose on previous buyers not being able to make payments 2 years ago and since then The Sea Ranch Home owners Association placed a building moratorium on many parcels that wouldn't perk for septic systems, after 2 years of legal battles, I won and the ban has been lifted off my property as I recently was able to obtain an easement from a neighboring property for the septic leech lines.
