These are the current fall colors at the highest elevations of the Blue Ridge Parkway. If you’re in our area this week, the best places to see colors like this along the Parkway include Graveyard Fields, Devils Courthouse, Black Balsam Knob, Richland Balsam, Cowee Mountain Overlook, and Waterrock Knob. There is still plenty of green throughout our area so the next 2-3 weeks will be prime time for fall color viewing! Color changes always start at the highest elevations and move down the mountains.
