As the name implies, these tiny copepods can be found on a trout’s gills and can cause tissue trauma and inhibit a fish’s ability to breathe.

I had an amazing two days in a row fishing with Lew and Robert. We put lots of fish in the net and had some good laughs.
Had a great half day wade trip with Michelle and Mike. Michelle said she had kissed lots of toads so why not a beautiful wild Rainbow Trout. I had a blast guys I can't wait to see you again.
I enjoyed an amazing full day trip with my good friend Scott. We fished two different rivers on the WNC fishing trail. The Ravens fork trophy section and the Tuckaseegee Delayed Harvest. Both rivers produced some very nice Trout. Looking forward to fishing with you again soon.
